1. Delivery Method
All edited documents, notes, and related deliverables are provided exclusively through electronic delivery. No physical items are shipped. Final files are sent via email and/or made available for secure download through our website or client portal.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on the service level selected at checkout (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours or 7 days).
Your delivery window begins once:

Payment has been successfully processed, and
-
All required documents and instructions have been received.
You will be given an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of order. We make every effort to meet or exceed these deadlines.
3. File Formats
Edited documents are typically delivered in Microsoft Word (.docx) format using Track Changes. Additional formats (PDF, Google Docs, etc.) may be available upon request.
4. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive your completed documents by the expected delivery time, please:

Check your spam or junk mail folder

Verify that you provided the correct email address
If there is still an issue, contact us at editsthatwork@gmail.com and we will resend the files promptly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, technical issues on the client’s side, or incomplete order submissions.

5. Revisions Delivery
Revisions requested are reviewed and a determination will be made by customer support. Should your revision request be granted under our delivery policy, your revised product will also delivered electronically. Turnaround times for revisions may vary based on workload and the complexity of requested changes.

6. International Delivery
Because all products are delivered electronically, there are no international shipping restrictions or additional fees.
